PRESIDENT'S DAY 5K                     RUN  

The race will be run on Saturday, February 15, 2025.  It will begin at the Century Casino at 9 am and run through downtown, then return to the Century Casino for the finish.   The cost is $30 which includes a T-shirt and awards in all age categories, male and female.  You may also send a check to our Treasurer, Steve Shelton, at 3248 Breckenridge, Jackson, MO  63755.  It's good fun for all!  The race has been added to the list of Gran Prix races for the Cape Roadrunners Club!

This race allows our Chapter to fund the various patriotic endeavors throughout our community!

Upon entering the President's Day 5K Run, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following:

I know that walking or running in a road race is a potentially hazardous activity.  I should not walk or run in this race activity unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I assume all risks associated with running or walking in this race including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, conditions of the road, and traffic on the course  All such risks being known and appreciated by me and having read this waiver, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf hold harmless all sponsors and their representatives, from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in the activity.
